Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Voyfix purchase. If you experience any issue with your order please contact us at support@voyfix.com and we will do everything we can to resolve it.
Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at support@voyfix.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include a clear photo of the damaged item and your order number. We will arrange a full replacement or refund after reviewing your submission.
Wrong item received
If you received the wrong item, contact us at support@voyfix.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will arrange the correct item to be sent or issue a full refund.
Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please contact support@voyfix.com before sending any item back as our return location varies by order. We will provide you with the correct return address once your request is approved.
Refund processing
Once a refund is approved it will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
Non-refundable situations
We are unable to offer refunds for orders where an incorrect delivery address was provided, or where the customer has changed their mind after the order has been dispatched.
