General questions
What are Voyfix glasses and how do they work? Voyfix glasses use liquid-filled frames to create an artificial horizon line in your field of vision. This resyncs the conflicting signals between your eyes and inner ear that cause motion sickness. Simply wear them for 10 to 12 minutes and the relief lasts for the rest of your journey.
How long do I need to wear them? Just 10 to 12 minutes. Put them on at the first sign of nausea or before your journey begins. After removing them the relief continues for the full trip.
Are they safe for children? Yes. Voyfix glasses are completely drug-free and safe for children aged 10 and above. No side effects, no drowsiness, no prescription needed.
Can I wear them over my prescription glasses? Yes. The flexible TPE frame is designed to fit comfortably over most standard prescription glasses frames.
Do they work for all types of motion sickness? Yes. Voyfix glasses work for car sickness, airsickness, seasickness, travel sickness on trains and buses, and even theme park rides and VR gaming.
Orders and payment
What currency are prices shown in? Prices are displayed in your local currency for convenience. All orders are charged in USD at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order? Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. If you need to make a change please contact support@voyfix.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.
Is checkout secure? Yes. All payments are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted checkout. We do not store any payment details.
Shipping
How long does delivery take? Delivery times vary by region. USA and UK orders typically arrive in 5 to 10 business days. Australia takes 8 to 16 business days. New Zealand 7 to 10 business days. European countries 7 to 10 business days.
How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs vary by region from $4.99 to $8.49 USD. Orders over $35 USD receive free shipping automatically.
Will I receive a tracking number? Yes. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Do you ship worldwide? We currently ship to the USA, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and European Union countries.
Returns and refunds
What if my product arrives damaged? Contact support@voyfix.com within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
How do I return an item? Contact support@voyfix.com within 30 days of delivery. Do not send items back without contacting us first as the return address varies by order. We will provide the correct return address once your request is approved.
How long do refunds take? Once approved, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
